Julian Sibal is a Filipino-American director originally from Chico, California. He moved to Southern California following high school and graduated from UC Irvine.

He made stops in Los Angeles and San Diego before settling down in Long Beach, California.

His previous film THROUGH THE GLASS won Honorary Award at the 2017 Seal Beach Film Festival.
