When his sister disappears after leaving their home in hopes of singing stardom, Luis tracks her down and discovers the grim reality of her whereabouts.

A Filipino screenwriter, director, and producer, he graduated in philosophy and communication studies at Saint Louis University, as well as in video production at the Philippine Film Institute. He made the successful short films Esbat (2008) and 123 (2011). He made his feature debut with the dramatic comedy Zone 7 (Purok 7, 2013).
