The Life I Know

Directed by Marie Jamora

Awit, a toddler, is just beginning to understand her place in the world. When the pressure of an incoming new sibling arises, she retreats into her dream space and rediscovers the safety of the life she knew inside her mother’s womb. Inside Awit’s “spirit quest” of identity and security, she realizes her need to accept her new baby brother and to reconnect once again with her mother.
