Sampaguita, a fabulous drag queen moonlights as a hired killer to earn extra money and provide a good life for her talented daughter and sickly mother. Just when she thought she could handle any contract killing mission, her new target tests how far she can go to support her loved ones.

Jon Galvez is a writer and director from the beautiful country of the Philippines. He has written and directed short films such as “Go” which won the Grand Jury Prize For New Director in the New York International Film Awards, and “Kiss Karen” which was awarded Best Screenwriter by Best Short Film Awards in London.  He has worked in Singapore and Indonesia in the advertising industry for 14 years.

Jon also supports other independent Filipino filmmakers. He produced the short film Agapito by Arvin Belarmino and Kyla Romero which is an official selection in the 78th Cannes Film Festival Short Film Main Competition.
