MVP

Directed by Getty Reyes
A young MVP swimmer must choose between meeting expectations or following his true passion.

Tiger Guzman, a star student-athlete, feels that his worth and value are rooted in his success as a swimmer. This causes a rift between him and his Dad, who puts a lot of pressure on Tiger. After winning an MVP award, the mounting expectations drive Tiger to find an escape in films. Encouraged by his teacher, Tiger creates a short film exploring his feelings as the MVP that premieres on the same day as the biggest competition of his life.
